In regards to decor; no thumbtacks, nails or tape that will peel the paint off walls upon removal allowed. All burning candles must be completely enclosed in a votive of some sort. Yes, we have a bridal prep room that is perfect for the bride's final touches. There is not a groom's area on location, however there are many great alternatives around town. Let us know if you need recommendations.
No way, we do not have a food + beverage minimum. Which allows our couples the opportunity to customize their wedding experience based upon their individual needs.
Of course, The Space on West Main offers an open vendor policy, which allows our couples endless options for your special day. We do however require a $750 refundable deposit for any potential damages and/or cleaning fees. If you choose to use our Preferred Vendors then that deposit is cut down to $500. As long as there is no damage and all vendors leave on time.
The sooner the better, especially during the summer months; March-November. But as a new venue we have the availability that most venues won't have. We will work with you on nailing down the perfect date. Once your contract is signed and your 50% deposit is paid; your wedding date is secured. ALL PAYMENTS DUE 60 DAYS PRIOR TO WEDDING DATE.
